Dan A. Baron, Esq.
Dan A. Baron is an of counsel attorney with Vincent Esquire. Mr. Baron works closely with the attorneys at Vincent Esquire, helping clients with their estate planning and elder law needs.
Dan was recently voted an Ohio Super Lawyer for the years 2020 and 2021, an award nominated by his peers and one that only five percent (or less) achieve. Mr. Baron graduated with honors from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He holds a business degree from The University of Akron, cum laude, and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, West Shore Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, Elder Counsel, and American Bar Association
In addition to the practice of law, Dan teaches estate planning and elder law at several local colleges including Cuyahoga Community College, Lorain County Community College, and Baldwin Wallace. Mr. Baron has helped the Cleveland, Ohio legal community by writing numerous articles on asset protection, trust options, elder law, Medicaid planning, and more. Dan is a published author including several articles that have been published in the CMBA bar journal. In addition, he is the founder of Dollars & Sense Magazine and author of “What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You, Asset Protection for You and Your Heirs.”
